-limited vision from management
-as they have grown so has the red tape
-more and more limited career path
-subpar salary
-questionable morality, raising product costs without additional features or value (see for yourself do a google search for the BBB reports of logmein)
-lack of communication between teams
Logmein is a great place to learn, but don't stay longer than a year. Expect a lot of difficulty trying to move up. Some of the really good high paying positions have been locked down and you have to play the politics game to come close to getting a promotion. Have seen many try and throughout my entire employment there some people that really know the product inside and out, but sadly they weren't able to move up as they bring in more and more external corporate mentality folks.
New CEO doesn't seem to be as engaged as Michael, more and more considered about the bottom line.
