      Great company. Some politics to look out for.

      Pros

      Awesome CEO, great people and great products. LogMeIn has been on a wild ride upward the last few years, which has been mostly amazing/fun for employees (especially those that have stock). The work environment/offices are amazing, although that may or may not change with the merger with Citrix.

      Cons

      Amazing products, but only sometimes developed by people who really understand creating a simple user experience. The company puts all of its weight behind a message that its products are simpler than competitors and yet they're often developed/designed by extremely smart engineers, with some input from a creative/UI team but not enough. The company can also have a lot more politics that drives decisions than you'd think.

      My former company is merged with lmi, Im no longer valued, many changes are put in place just to drive us away.

      Pros

      I am sorry, but I just Couldnt think of any major cons. They have open office space, maybe that counts one?

      Cons

      Demotion (decision made NOT based on performance), frequent management change, no alignment across teams, low efficiency, leaders are not doing what's the best for the business, but what would make themselves look good.

      Cons

      Depending on department you work in, some management can be stifling, other departments are fabulous!!
