      Not a good time to be there

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn a lot. The company helps employees to develop and to work with the best tools available. You can work with really smart and friendly people. Working environment is great if you are okay with the Gozsdu-effect on the streets nearby. You can get a high salary at the beginning.

      Cons

      Working on legacy products is a nightmare. Management is not supportive at all and changes frequently. The focus is not on users but on happy management (and this involves the CEO, unfortunately). Great talents are not recognized. They let people leave. Everything changes in 3 months periods. You get a reasonable salary at the beginning but rais is under market average. Fluctuation is high.

The merger was tough, and change was felt throughout the organization in almost every office.       Takes care of their people even after being laid off

      Great products, great people, great environment, great offices, corporate training, take care of your if you are laid off (I mean REALLY take care of you!)
