Location is great and facilities are cool too.

Cons

It is being ran like a huge corporate, everything is moving very slow or moving backward, the opposite of start up spirit, like it used to be. The local management: VP, EMs are not doing anything in order to change it, but they will cut you off if you won't stand the timeline. Directors come and go every few months. You can't win or innovate that way.

Feeling of almost constant fire drill without communication as to why things are so hectic and what's actually going on.
