      Pros

      Good Benefit, Nice People, Ok technology-Not really in the latest or greatest categories, being UcaaS, RMM, etc.

      Cons

      Not alot of room for upward career path (except at the low level of like an SDR you can move up to be a field rep as example).

      Amazing Employee and Customer Centric Employer

      Excellent Benefits; Remote Work; Competitive Pay; Excellent Training Program for Account Services; option to work from physical office if you live near a physical location; supportive management; responsive HR department; E-Level communication quarterly with all employees; ability to reward co-workers who make a difference via Bravo Points; all levels of management review and listen to employee survey and enact change based on feedback

      Cons

      Most teams lack a structured training program, making learning the role challenging; if you struggle with remote work and are not near a physical office, this would not be a good fit.
