Most teams lack a structured training program, making learning the role challenging; if you struggle with remote work and are not near a physical office, this would not be a good fit.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
