      1. Free food, free cab, remote first opportunity 2. Self-caring day off (first Friday of each month) 3. You are appreciated for your work. 4. Management is good wrt timelines

      Cons

      A little bit off on proper planning. They should provide appropriate agile training to employees.

      Hats off to Recruitment team - Job done right. Interview - 5 to 6 rounds. Gets little tiring. And, interview's ran for months together. Cleared the interview. Joined the company. Figured out that company is very pro-employee and has lots of perks - 1. Leaders share all the decisions transparently over company wide meetings 2. Benefits in-line with the best companies 3. Self-care day once a month

      Could conduct interviews faster and may be have lesser rounds of interviews.
