      Hats off to Recruitment team - Job done right. Interview - 5 to 6 rounds. Gets little tiring. And, interview's ran for months together. Cleared the interview. Joined the company. Figured out that company is very pro-employee and has lots of perks - 1. Leaders share all the decisions transparently over company wide meetings 2. Benefits in-line with the best companies 3. Self-care day once a month

      Could conduct interviews faster and may be have lesser rounds of interviews.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
