      Micromanagement and poor leadership. Just bad.

      Pros

      Coffee was free and decent.

      Cons

      Unqualified management that self deal and micro manage. Zero direction. Zero collaboration. Constant changes in direction. Consistent record of upper management going behind the backs of directors to change policy or plans without informing.

      Used to be great

      Pros

      Great team of people and close relationships are easily built. GoTo products are honestly great and very very easy to sell.

      Cons

      This organization used to be great until new leadership came in 2022. Right now they are trimming fat everywhere and paying sales reps less for higher quotas QoQ. Lot's of demotivation and uninspired reps org wide. Not so much a restructure but maybe a cry for help? The transparency between leadership and the company used to be commonplace but over the last year or so that has dissipated. ROEs are established but never respected, leadership keeps changing focus QoQ.
