-self care day 1st Friday of every month -unlimited PTO -remote work -small teams -paid training

Cons

-high learning curve if you’re new to ITSG / Remote Support -product trainings aren’t great -onboarding isn’t great -no clear training/guidance on what you should be doing in a day to day
