      - Strong employee community. - Opportunity to work with the latest technologies. - Great for personal growth. - Hybrid work model (can be both a pro and a con). - Salaries are average; not below, just right in the middle. 🙂

      Cons

      - Most of the managers are some of the worst professionals you’ll come across in their fields. - Their only goal is to meet annual targets; they don’t care about your effort or dedication. - If you want to get promoted, no need to work harder, just work closely with the managers. That’s enough.
