      Great working environment. Really intelligent co-workers. Really fast upward mobility. Understanding and sympathetic senior management. Everybody works as if the company is theres.

      Cons

      Being a startup, we naturally work a lot. The concept of 9 to 5 does not apply. As a new business, sometimes work can get stressful.
