      Pros

      I have been working here in Freudenberg for almost a year. I feel every day is busy but fulfilling. I have jointed a great company and have meet so many wonderful leaders and coworkers. Managers are friendly, kind and resourceful. My efforts and contribution have been seen and valued, and my career path is clear.

      Cons

      The reason I give 4 stars, as there are some areas could be improved. No company is perfect, but overall working experience is pleased.

      I sincerely can't think of many. Thought of more highly in the trade than what their capability deserves

      Toxic Environment. Full of ex-L'Oreal people, and highly paid, low impact Europeans.
