      Fair compensation / benefits. Overall friendly day to day on surface. Potential for much more.

      Cons

      Meaningless metrics, meetings, and poor understanding of actual cost, performance, practices. Very siloed departments and bottlenecked leaders that harm culture more than foster room for excellence. Nearly complete lack of proactive QA from all functions of site leadership, ops, sales.
