      Started from a family owned business in 1988. I was allowed to grow with the company wearing many hats while my title was purchasing managers. Compensation was good and related to Key Performance Indicators and Employee Performance

      They do not like to promote from within, benefits could be better for such a large company, HR team tends to say what employees want to hear instead of the truth
