      Pros

      Good Benefits, Easy advancement if you can hang on long enough (positions readily available due to insane turnover levels)

      Cons

      Not given chance to succeed, extreme micro-management, no freedom on projects, very small (if any) raises, no bonus structure, upper management has very little experience

      Pros

      The people I work with are fantastic. We work 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week, so we see each other more than anybody else and have become a giant family. The pay is great and there was no waiting for benefits. Health insurance, 2 week vacation, sick time, and paid holidays were all given immediately. Also enjoy the on site health clinic and gym area.

      Cons

      There is little to no advancement.

      Pros

      There are small pockets of people that are really great to work with and make the company and job somewhat bearable.

      Cons

      The company is very near sighted and does not think strategically. Long term goals are in place but how to get to those goals is all over the place. Corporate culture is also lacking significantly. There is a lot of talk about wanting to improve but not a lot of actions. Very old and traditional in their ways of working.
