Professional and knowledgeable coworkers. Fair pay and time off. Fair remote work policy.
Cons
Government work and commercial work are very different approaches. Switching from one to the other may be challenging even withing the company. Substantial bonuses were given to retain talent; however new employees were not offered any bonus. Because of this their retention program is discriminatory and is not effective.

the benefits are the biggest standout for me, very comprehensive, the only place Ive worked that offers a 100% coverage plan

the work is very on and off. either overwhelming or nothing to do. This is typical for engineering work though.
