      Pros

      The pay is pretty good and they take safety seriously to an extent.

      Cons

      Landing a job without being related to someone who already works out here is next to impossible. You hardly ever see a new face without already knowing them prior to them being hired. Also, safety and goes right out the window near the end of a job and they are trying to wrap it up.
