      They don't lay off people immediately after they become unoccupied, unlike other EPC contractors

      Cons

      The management is hypocrite with mental health and they are very good at looking for scapegoats if things go South

      A good amount of autonomy to do your job. Project pay is good.

      Cons

      Leadership is selected based on seniority and time in company rather than capability or potential. Overall very resistant to progress and change and does not value their younger, higher-potential employees. Employees are incentivized to work as many hours as possible and not take any time off.
