Pros
Fluor has a very well structured knowledge sharing system and is focused on excellence of service to their clients. They have a strong core/knowledge base with good processes and procedures in place
Cons
Fluor can be too rigid in its stance at times... this I believe is down to the many long time employees who havwe worked for Fluor all their career and has not experienced other companies; they are now in key management roles. This leads to a sense of arrogance that can be experienced by outside parties
