Fluor is a stable and growing company. Fluor is good with people development, especially focus on safety. Fluor is a fun place to work.

Cons

Turn over is low which is not much opportunity to move up. Not much communication from mid management team. Political issues.

Large and high calibre peer group. Provides access to a great amount of technical standards and guidelines. Technical support from various centres the world over is truly amazing.

Cons

Some of the senior staff are well-entrenched for years and seem to view new staff as threats. Group meetings of project staff are rarely held. Project work force tends to be too large and unwieldy.
