Cons

Company pays less than its competitors,perks are age old and serves no purpose. Favors are exchanged and better option are given to those who are in good contact with DM's

Big company with strong reputation.

Cons

Way too many poorly educated people in charge, even on the office engineering side. Company still manages under the old-school mentality of my way or the highway. No room for extremely well educated and experienced people to seriously advance into intellectually stimulating positions.
