Excellent pay, large high profile projects, opportunity to travel to domestic & international jobs. Many locations to work from with offices worldwide.

Cons

No projects means no job. Large design offices don't support all business lines, so employees tend to get stuck in a "silo" working for different business lines, making it difficult to expand into new business.
