      Project environment, therefore you will experience different people and work environment every 18 months or so.

      Cons

      Project environment, if there is no work people are send home. They do not keep you on the bench.

      Pros

      While my time at Fluor was productive and professionally rewarding, I can't think of any "pros" th the job.

      Cons

      Employees hired under Fluor's contracts with the federal Job Corps program are poorly paid and benefits are often too expensive for employees to purchase.
