      Pros

      Although Fluor is a major corporation, management & supervision treat and manage the staff in a very personal (small company) manner. Not just a number.

      Cons

      All companies have issues. Nothing is larger enough to discuss here.

      Pros

      Well established, large, international, top-tier Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction company known the world over. Plenty of places around the world and US to go if you're willing to travel.

      Cons

      Like any project based business, there are ups and downs, so people get laid off. They'll keep the best people though. So large that change comes slowly and most folks are stuck in a cubicle.
