      They provide Good pay and benefits but contract was ending in 2016 and was let go due to reduction in force

      Cons

      Hours and the sometime inability to advance or move to another department within the organization. Movement from Logcap positions to Commercial projects is tough

      Flexible start times. Good friendly culture. Every other Friday off made by 9 days of 9 hours. Opportunity to travel.

      Cons

      Need more social integration on projects. Maybe too many people required for decision making.
