      A lot of trainings and learnings will be given. Very approachable peers. Good working environment. Every other Friday OFF is the best

      Great work environment with helpful coworkers who are always willing to support you. You learn a lot on the job and there are opportunities to travel to different places. Fluor offers good career growth options, whether you want to move up or explore different paths, and the pay is good as well.

      Cons

      Con is mainly tied to the oil and gas field—projects can slow down at times and there isn’t always work available, but TOWP can be used to make up for slower days.
