      Good people and aggressive. They are very acute to client needs and design capabilities. Client satisfaction and Safety is foremost

      Cons

      When you are not billable, you are cut. This can certainly take the wind out of your sails when you dedicate yourself to a company.

      Pros

      Fluor provide great opportunities for graduates to take on responsibly from day one. The dedication to career development is excellent. The 9 day fortnight is really useful and start/finish times are flexible.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can feel like there is a lack of urgency on the office floor and occasionally a lack of interaction between disciplines within projects. In all honestly, it is difficult to think of any other negatives.
