Cons

You get paid once a week and taxes are a little short at the end of the year. No pay raises at this site in over 5 years and the site manager is worried about his bonus

The pay was pretty good. The ability to travel and experience new things, outside of work.

Cons

Trying to advance and make a better life and career for yourself isn't easy. Once they lock you in to a job role they don't want you to do anything else. Being able to get the training or experience to move up is very hard to get.
