      I like the hours. I also like all the people that are potential job contacts for the future.

      Cons

      Working around the rainouts. I don't like the bus situation on this particular job.

      Pros

      Safety and good company for work. I worked for four years and three months, great company,great money and excellent working conditions

      Cons

      The company does not have any disadvantages, for me it was a great experience and I am sorry that because I am not longer employee of Fluor Corporation

      Pros

      The benefits are decent, the micromanagement is minimal, and the pay is good. There is an awesome cafeteria so you don't have to go out for lunch and the fitness center is a good perk.

      Cons

      There is a lot of passive aggressive behavior. Too many people get thrown under the bus if they see something and speak up even when they're told to and are enouraged to by management.
