      Pros

      Professional and knowledgeable coworkers. Fair pay and time off. Fair remote work policy.

      Cons

      Government work and commercial work are very different approaches. Switching from one to the other may be challenging even withing the company. Substantial bonuses were given to retain talent; however new employees were not offered any bonus. Because of this their retention program is discriminatory and is not effective.

      Flexibility to take time off when needed. Can accrue time off and not lose it throughout employment.

      Dated processes and mentalities. As with most companies, you have to play politics to advance.

      Great Fun Place to Work....Not For Long Term

      Company has loads of fun sponsored events for EITs and younger folks. Overall pretty chill and laid back environment and culture.

      Cons

      Once you are done with the fun and want to earn good money, i suggest leaving. Also very slow upwards mobility...so leave.
