Pros
Very family oriented employer. Quite a laid back and culturally diverse atmosphere. You can learn so much there. There are opportunities in many places if you look, and as long as projects are coming in. I never had any issues with management.
Cons
Project-based employment. Had never worked or ever heard of it prior to working there. Project cycles are very radical. Always have a backup income. Opportunities for advancement are as good as the projects rolling in. Personal spaces are getting smaller and smaller with the cubicles. No privacy. Some floors, people walking can see EVERYTHING you do. Others, you barely get elbow room. If you are lucky, you can still get on a floor with relatively private space cubicles.
