      Work in big global projects Lots of internal company events One of the best work-life balance I've experienced in my career (only if you're lucky with your lead and manager) Good seniors in general. Most of them are willing to be mentors and will help and guide you. Easy communication and employees are generally kind. Good place to build your resume Competitive salary compared to other similar companies

      Management (performance, favoritism and employee relations) No job security even if you're a regular employee. Can let you go without prior notice depending on the overall company performance and global economy. Slow promotion
