Pros
The head office in Calgary is a modern building There are all sizes of meeting rooms, comfortable cubicles with sit/ stand desks at them & storage. The main lobby can be seen from all 3 floors. Weekly meetings & events are often held there. There’s a good cafeteria with ample seating (the food at one time was 5 star worthy but ingredients were changed and the menu reduced). The work environment is pleasant enough and there’s a good sense of community.
Cons
Tends to be project work so it’s likely to be hired only as a “contractor” through the staffing agency and be laid off upon project completion.
