Pros

Well paid with lots of high profile projects. Good benefits and can't complain about the professionalism of the staff. Farnborough campus is a modern place to work.

Cons

Company is very corporate in an American way (it is a US firm!). Lots of irrelevant lunch time initiatives to boost their training figures, which are not a good replacement for proper courses.

very well organized, usually have plenty of work, employ experienced people so the salaries reflect that, would definitely go back to work there again

Cons

have a "hire and fire" reputation when the work backlog diminishes, I experienced a lay off after about 18 months working there after 2 gas plant jobs were shelved

8 out of 10 promotions aren't delegated out because of work ethic, it's about the 3 groups previously mentioned above!!!Open Door Policy...NOT!!! SNAKES for the most part at THIS particular site!
