      - 9/80 schedule so every other Friday off - Flexible schedule so you can come in and leave within a reasonable time frame as long as you clock in your 9 hrs - Process department was great - great coworkers, always willing to help each other out and teach - A lot of different activities within the office to get involved with (if you have the time or if your lead allows you to) - Decent pay for the work you do

      Cons

      - They want you to get involved with outside project activities except you can't within the 7am-5pm work day bc you're billing to the client... so you have to do it on your free time before or after work - There's definitely nepotism at the office. If you work hard though, you typically will be rewarded... - They have laid off some amazing engineers early on during the downturn and kept some pretty bad ones who don't know anything...

      Fellow employees are pleasant and easy to work with. Process Department is great. Process department manager has great vision and communicates well.

      Cons

      Lack of corporate vision. Inability for upper management to understand how to execute projects and address problems necessary to succeed.
