Pros

Relies on teamwork, had great people in charge. Listened to new ideas about how to safely complete our assigned jobs in the electrical dept. Focused on safety.

Cons

Not all equipment was present when needed. Some discussions at times with maintaining safety at all times. Resulted in staff meetings of everyone so they were all on the same page. Everyone could then work with the greater good of all.
