Every second Friday off Some managers are accommodating

Toxic culture especially if you’re a woman. You’re expected to put work first and work overtime. I have seen an employee get in trouble for taking a day or 2 off to be with a family member. People are generally not friendly and especially rude in emails. Please and thank yous are rare and most people are demanding. They offer a decent amount of days off but no one takes them Yearly raises are close to none
