      The most amazing place to work...much much ahead of all the Organisations operating in the same domain and others in India. Processes seem so well in place and that you don't see over do of anything..looks like a fairly well managed Corporation.

      Latest Management team is working to improve overall performance and work environment. Weekly Pay, Compensation is fair. Insurance is offered, but is expensive. 401K match is offered.

      Cons

      Difficult work environment, relationship with customer is adversarial, office conditions leave much to be desired, union workforce has a poor relationship with management, no training or workforce development offered, high turnover among management.
