Company culture is good overall. Projects are good and work procedure are systematic. Technical Trainings are organised regularly.

Cons

Job security is poor. They will send you on forced leave when there are no new projects. You will loose your pay once your leaves are over.

Cons

Don’t have any experienced good technical people. Project sizes are always very small. Leaders are so weak and acts as a parasite. Only complain, they never work and always cause deliverables delaying.
