Pros
It helps you to improve ur resume since Fluor has a reputation in oil and gas industry in Canada, specially in Alberta.
Cons
They don't let you find urself an opportunity to grow and learn within the company. They want you to learn very very very limited things and get specialized in it. After 3.5 years and have a challengeable type of personality, I try hard to creat an opportunity for myself to grow but they stopped me, tricking me, and telling me that we will give you this opportunity to grow but in ur next project (I was assigned to the project for 3 years)!!!!!!!! and in my next project, nothing changed!!!
