the benefits are the biggest standout for me, very comprehensive, the only place Ive worked that offers a 100% coverage plan

Cons

the work is very on and off. either overwhelming or nothing to do. This is typical for engineering work though.

Cons

Communication from managers is lacking a bit. Just feels like we are there to work and get job done, no external training opportunities offered to developing engineers. Only to senior engineers
