      Fluor provides exceptional training, cross-functional experience, diverse client portfolio, top class technical teams. Many Fluor employees have celebrated over 30 years of service to the company.

      Cons

      Fluor is a large organization, one of the largest EPCM companies in the world. With this, it is not as agile as some smaller competitors, and innovation and change can be harder to achieve.

      Not a challenging job for the educated

      Big projects. Nothing else but i must have twenty words here for acceptance.

      Cons

      Low salary. Low responsibility. No appreciation for people with strong experience AND strong educations. Intellect means nothing here. People in senior positions without basic understanding of finance, economic, and believe it or not, engineering. Sad.
