Pros

One of the best ENC companies to work for in terms of work/life balance. Fluor has a tremendous backlog that should keep them busy for the next five years. Fluor Houston office is also situated in the suburbs of Sugar Land which makes it a very friendly work location with respect to the number of shops that you can visit before/after work in the event that one needs to buy something for their home.

Cons

It is a really big company and may be made to feel like a number some days. There is also a fair amount of neputism within the company.

Friendly place to work. Colleagues are all ways helpfull and willing to share knowledge.

Cons

Over worked with little recognition for extra effort made to cope with tight proejct dealines. Poor to nonexistent communication from senior management since the company is growing far too fast.
