Pros

They make it sound great in the beginning only to go back on their word later in the contract.

Cons

They have some type of scam going on with putting people on medical hold for mystery ailments. They change the rules of the game half way through it. They don't keep their part of the agreement they make with their employees.

Competitive salary and benefits. Off Fridays every other week.

Cons

Management lies about staffing, division, and project growth. Pervasively lead individuals and teams and divisions on regarding plans just to keep the exodus from occurring. Most ethical company? Hardly, don't believe the hype. Zero to no help from anyone on placing yourself on your next project. Home Office employees, not project oriented many are over their heads, incompetent, or lazy. Good old BOY networking prevails.

Pros

Better Cheaper Safer Faster was always Fluor's most effective work motto. A proficient and client focused AEC team that could accomplish and tackle any client challenge.

Cons

There is bureaucracy is all corporate entities. Fluor is no excuse. Excellence is rewarded; But if a business unit is re-organized or a project is off-shored, then personnel layoff notices are swift.
