Great contracting company they treat you very well. Fantastic benefits (Medical & R&R) Bonus every 6 months plus R&R every 3 months for 3 weeks with bonus.

Cons

Lower management can sometime be unqualified. Too much process/paperwork for simple tasks.

Prior to the present management, Fluor was a great place to work, cared about the people and did not play favoritism.

Cons

The downside at this time is there are people in positions that are hiring their friends, promoting friends that are not qualified. Those individuals that are qualified are being phased out.
