work culture is better than other engineering company

Cons

expects one to work 24 x 7 by hanging a computer in their neck . engineers work 12 to 18 hours a day all 7 days . no Sunday no personal day no nothing ! people rant over TESLA but this is secret poison in FLUOR and is happening for last 3 years .
