Nothing different to any other company

Cons

A lot of problems to get paid correctly. Systems were fine but Australian subsidiary management were not up to the job of getting the basics right.

Good pay Leave policy Good Benfits/allowances Good office facalities.

Cons

Not good for learners. No technical sound work,repetative work. No inhouse projects only on workshare with other offices. Frequent layoff during slack period. No recognisation for your Hardwork/talent/skills. Recognisation/promotions purely on realtion with lead. Higher management is full from a single family& relatives
