The kind of Work Fluor does in Oil and Gas has no match, with clients like Exxon Mobil & Shell. Also, they handle a lot of modular projects which are rare to be seen anywhere done in India.

Cons

The management system is bad. Like really bad. They will micromanage things and boss around just to be relevant in the project. Also if you are a shoe licker and know how to appease your boss, you will go a long way.
