Pros
Big company, lots of room to move up, easy to relocate to a different job in a different state/country if that's what you want to do, great management and coworkers. The work environment heavily depends on the project you are assigned to, but there's still a general feel that Fluor as a company cares about the safety and wellbeing of all of its employees.
Cons
Pay and benefits were average, but still not too bad.
